The 75 page booklet has fourteen designs some embroidery and some cross stitch to add life and vibrancy to your clothes.
The designs are:-
Floral Trail Bardot - a surface embroidery for a bardot top, worked in red and white pearl cotton in lazy daisy and stem stitch;
Butterfly Blazer and Clutch Bag - a counted cross stitch design in seven shades of stranded cottons over 100 by 90 stitches (Estimate Fabric Size) on the blazer and over 45 by 45 stitches (Estimate Fabric Size) on the bag;
Rose Blazer - a red rose in 8 shades of stranded worked in cross stitch over 35 by 45 stitches (Estimate Fabric Size);
Bee Shirt - a surface embroidery motif in four shades of stranded cottons using split stitch, french knots and satin stitch, in two sizes 4 x 6 cms or 2 x 3 cms;
Crown Jeans - a counted cross stitch in gold or silver Anchor Marlitt with a stitch count of 50 by 50 (Estimate Fabric Size);
Necklace Top - a surface embroidery in chain stitch and lazy daisy worked in Anchor Metallic Silver;
Dragonfly Top and Clutch Bag - A counted cross stitch in six shades of stranded cottons worked over 75 by 75 stitches (Estimate Fabric Size);
Heart Shirt - a surface embroidery in lazy daisy and stem stitch of a heart and flowers worked in five shades of pearl cotton and measuring 8 by 8 centimetres;
Eye Denim Jacket - worked in split stitch, chain stitch and satin stitch using Pearl cotton in 7 shades and measuring 23.10 by 24 (Estimate Fabric Size).5 centimetres;
Mandala Bag - a counted cross stitch design in six shades (19 skeins) of stranded cottons over 115 by 115 stitches (Estimate Fabric Size);
Heart Jeans - a cheeky design for a pocket in counted cross stitch using 6 shades of stranded cottons over 25 by 25 stitches (Estimate Fabric Size);
Pansy Bardot - a counted cross stitch border for the bottom of a top worked in six shades of stranded cottons with a repeat of 70 by 35 stitches (Estimate Fabric Size);
Parrot and Rose Rucksack - using the same count cross stitch rose as before with a parrot in 7 shades of stranded cottons over 50 by 85 stitches (Estimate Fabric Size).
The booklet has instructions on transferring the embroidery patterns using dressmakers carbon paper - an embroidery transfer pencil is another method - see our Supplies and Accessories Section.
The designers use waste canvas for the counted cross stitch patterns but Permin of Copenhagen's soluble canvas is an easier to use option.
All the charts are in full colour.
