This canvas depicts a awe inspiring mountain scene, captured at the first blush of dawn's fiery arrival. The rich orange and red hues of the imposing mount overshadow the sage sitting in meditation deeply engrossed in his penance presenting a unique three dimensional perspective of the panorama.
