A warm welcome to our April '25 newsletter.
This month we have lots of new kits and charts and a few new accessories so let's get the show on the road.
As Easter approaches very late this year we have many cute new kits by Luca-S (Moldova)
From Merejka (Poland), we have Bedtime Stories with a mother fox and her cub.
From Letistitch (Moldova) we have a mixture of a girl collecting flowers (illustrated) and Christmas in Town Advent Calendar - and there's just about enough time to make it before next Christmas.
Lanarte have released a third 2025 Collection with flower designs by Marjolein Bastin. Please ask for details if you're a fan of hers. At the same time they've brought back an old favourite Elizabeth by the ever popular John Clayton and also two new the complete range of Rainbow Gallery petite treasure braid.
Anne has revised her Kind Fox wooden accessories, both stylish and useful.
There are also in the bargains section for our stock clearance sale.
Because of postage costs, we can only offer these items for UK delivery.
Vacation
We, like many other small UK businesses, have been bludgeoned with more and more red tape over the past few years. So we're planning to take a break some time in April to recharge our depleted batteries. This means the shopping cart will be unavailable for a week or two during April.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience. We hope to be return recharged and re-invigorated!
And Finally
Our title this month is from a poem by our perennial favourite poet Emily Dickinson:
«A Light exists in Spring
Not present on the Year
At any other period
When March is scarcely here»
We think she meant the word 'light' to be taken figuratively, a light that we feel rather than see with our eyes. The light of hope and optimism.
We hope you agree and we wish you the lightest of Aprils and the pleasure of your stitching.
